As office manager I oversee the front desk and dental assistance staffs. I am responsible for billing, weekly schedules, ordering supplies and working on improving the quality of care and delivery for the patients. My goal when I go into work is to make sure that our patients receive the best care and are comfortable to speak up about any concerns they have. Our patients know that they can call us up for tooth ache or any discomfort, our staff is away ready to meet their needs. •Manage human resources department•Responsible for oversight of daily dental offices operations and special projects, ensuring implementation and compliance with all HIPPA policies and procedures and applicable regulatory agencies and laws.•Acts as customer service ambassador for continual client service improvements.•Coordinate staffing needs with individual practice site managers & clinicians•Write and maintain policies and procedures, including employee handbook & job Descriptions•Evaluate, maintain, and recommend equipment, devices and supplies•Manage and maintain dental clinical and financial systems: including patient services, IT, communications, facilities, and staffing
