I started in this position in Manaus/Am - Brazil in 2015. I was responsible for the Finished Goods distribution for the biggest DHL´s customer at the time, Samsung Electronics. In 2018 I was invited by the Company to move to São Paulo, where it is the company's headquarters in Brazil, in order to supervise the entire Brazil Air Cargo operation. I Supervised several points of cargo collection, to be sent to various airports in Brazil and delivered in all cities of Brazil, both capitals and interior. I had about 50 employees throughout the Brazilian territory that were under my supervision; My main functions were:* The management of the Hub operational activities to ensure the safe and time and the KPIs accorded OTP, OTD, IOD; * Implementation and directs quality control for all operational areas. * Directs and ensures compliance with established DHL corporate, hub, gateway or terminal warehouse Hub/Gateway, and airline policies; * Communication with some or all of the following: systems operations control, flight control, maintenance control, facilities maintenance, sort, ramp, to ensure efficient and safe operation of the Hub. * Supervised of the loading and unloading of any of the following: trucks, trailers, air containers, or airline pallets. * Supervised the identification and segregation of non-conforming and dangerous goods cargo and informs the applicable department according to proper processes and procedures. * Supervised 40-50 subordinates; responsible for hiring, coaching, training, and developing staff.Projects I had participation: * Ouro Preto Project: all the intermediaries partners left and DHL began to negotiate directly with the airline companies and smaller partners increasing the profits margin; * Changing of the Transportation Management System (TMS); * Gru Airport HUB: this hub at the Guarulhos Airport was implemented to consolidate cargo from the states of São Paulo bringing savings to the company;

In this position I was responsible for DHL's logistic operation at the Nokia's Cell phones factory in Manaus. The operation worked in 03 shifts, and DHL was responsible for the raw material's warehouse management and materials supply into the production lines in a Just in Time delivery model. We had about 30 people working in this operation; Main activities developed:*The management of the warehouse operational activities to ensure the safe, timely and cost effective processing of: Receiping process, put away process, picking process and deliveries from the warehouse into the production lines keeping the KPIs of accuracy accorded with the customer;*Implementation and directs quality control for all operational areas.*Directs and ensures compliance with established DHL corporate Warehouse's operation;*Established and maintained a record keeping system for warehouse's operations regarding volume, damages, safety incidents, productivity, etc.*Supervised of the loading and unloading of any of the following: trucks, trailers;*Supervised the identification and segregation of non-conforming and dangerous goods cargo and informs the applicable department according to proper processes and procedures.*Supervised 25-30 subordinates; responsible for hiring, coaching, training, and developing staff.As important projects developed and implemented we had: * Computer system developed for the on-time control of materials picking for production lines supplying. We reduced the rates of missing materials, leftovers and wrong materials picked in 100%; * Development of a cargo monitoring system, this system gave us visibility of what was coming to the Warehouse so that resources could be prepared; * Computer simulation (Labor Plan) for resource resizing;

In this position I managed the design and implementation of projects for the logistics area of ​​the Manaus plant, using all the international standards requirements for projects management;Projects of great relevance:*Management and implementation of the Electrolux Finished Goods Distribution Center. Project valued in R$ 5M, where a new distribution center was designed generating high savings for the company;

I was responsible for all the productive and systemic processes of the DHL operation inside Nokia's factory in Manaus; At the time DHL was responsible for the raw materials and finished goods warehouse management.In this function I had an annual cost reduction target to reach, and they were reached through the analysis of the current processes and the implementation of improvements on them in both systematic and productive ways;Main activities developed: *Support for designs and implementations of process improvements and projects performed by operations or higher; *Participation in the site improvement program, supporting the implementation of ideas; 2. At this position I held the role of Systems and Engineering Technologist;Main functions developed: * Design and Implementation of new products from the Chinese headquarters into the Brazilian factory, products such as TVs, DVD Players, Monitors, MP3 Players, Notebooks, Converters; * Creation of the productive assembling processes for the new products in Brazil; * Maintenance of the product structures and materials in the Brasilian Production system; * I actively participated in the process of changing the factory's MRP system into a new and more effective one.
