* Position terminated as the new Controller decided to bring the position in-house (OR) in March, 2023.Brought on board Remotely (3/28/22) in a Contract position to catch up-to-date the significant number of Sales Tax Return Delinquencies for the Client. In the first two months, I Prepared, Reviewed, Filed and Paid over 120 delinquent Sales Tax Returns. All this while the Company was only Registered in 20 States! On or about 3/28/23, I was notified of the new Controller's decision to bring this process in-House. I now am working in a limited roll through my "2-week Notice period" to be available to answer questions for the new staff. Also, I completed Registration of over a dozen additional (Wayfair Act) States and total active returns now are up to 34. I also offered to be available after the 2-week period if necessary.
