I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and have accumulated over a decade of experience in the field. My career started with two years in construction, focusing on mechanical installations for an airport terminal. I then transitioned to a contractor role, where I supported the reliability team at a geothermal power plant and worked as a project engineer on maintenance projects.For the past seven years, I have been involved in healthcare equipment manufacturing. As a project engineer, I oversee the manufacturing process and compliance testing of units for various applications, including:- Pharmaceutical API handling, weighing, and dispensing- Sterility testing- Decontamination systems- Radiopharmacy- Filling- Cell processing and cell therapy- Biosafety containmentI am also active in new product development and have successfully overseen the creation of a new generation of equipment, from conceptualization through to market release, working closely with a talented engineering team.In my current role, I oversee an engineering team across different disciplines, working to ensure that operations run smoothly and meet established KPIs. I focus on optimizing team performance and improving engineering operations to support our overall goals.
