Since I was a young man I recognized that I received the greatest personal satisfaction when I was helping others. It was this "spirit of service" that compelled me to seek admission to the US Naval Academy while the Viet Nam war was raging. Upon graduation I elected to serve my military commitment as an officer in the US Marines. I chose the Marines because I wanted to be a part of the most elite organization that the military offered. Serving in the Marines taught me many lessons which my clients and I benefit from today. Whether it be the challenging Marine training regimen or managing client's wealth during the dot com bubble, the great financial crisis of 2008 or the more recent pandemic followed by the fastest interest rate increase in history, it is proven once again that "adversity is the greatest teacher". I have successfully navigated my clients through these adversarial times and for that I am even better prepared for success when adversity strikes again.In February of 2020, for many of the same reasons that I chose to serve in the Marines, I accepted an invitation to join the most elite organization in the financial services industry; Rockefeller Global Family Office. Rockefeller has surrounded me with a support team of like-minded individuals whose character, professionalism and client-first attitude have further enhanced my ability to provide unequaled service to my clients.
