Taylor is developing embedded electronics for photovoltaics. After a successful proof of concept they are now entering the scale-up phase. It included all business creation (i.e. product development and quality) and business fulfilment (i.e. supply chain, order fulfilment, quality, procurement, organization) aspects. He led in a hands-on way various projects, including the implementation of a product development process (PDP), the selection of the EMS supplier for the electronic driver units, setting up the quality management system and the implementation of the manufacturing execution system (MES). Besides this he was responsible for the demand and capacity planning processes, and the order fulfilment-, purchase-, and warehouse management processes.
