(6/13 – 9/13) - a 65 person CPA firm. HR Review & audit. Overhauled internal processes & Handbook.• WKS – (6/12 – 7/13) an 82-store restaurant franchisee with 2500 employees in seven states, in business for 25 years, and growing rapidly by acquisition. Served as VPHR and advisor to CEO on all aspects of human resources and leadership. Integrated purchase of 11 restaurants. Updated Handbooks and responded to employee litigation. Converted WC to PEO, saving $600K. Implemented WOTC process which generated >$200K in tax credits.
