I am engaged in the practice of complex corporate/commercial litigation. I have experience in complex contract disputes, restrictive covenant/trade secret litigation, securities/derivative actions, and litigation concerning business, shareholder/partnership, franchise disputes. In addition to handling matters in the federal and state courts of NJ, I have also handled cases in courts around the country, including matters venued in California, Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, New York, Pennsylvania and Texas.I am President-Elect of the Association of the Federal Bar for the District of New Jersey, past chairs - Business and Commercial Litigation Committee and Federal Practice and Procedure Committee of the NJSBA, and a former member of the Appellate Practice Committee. I am a member of the Lawyers Advisory Committee, and co-chair of the Pro Bono Committee, for U.S District Court of New Jersey. I am a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, as well as the American Bar Foundation.I am a frequent lecturer on federal and appellate practice, restrictive covenant and trade secret litigation, as well as on shareholder disputes and have conducted and moderated seminars for the New Jersey ICLE.Before joining the firm, I was a judicial intern to the Hon. Leonard I. Garth, U.S. Court of Appeals, 3rd Circuit and to the Hon. Robert E. Cowen, U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. I was also a judicial clerk for the Hon. Eugene D.
