Position:Ed is Senior Client Partner and Sectorleader in the Korn Ferry Hay Group Amterdam office (Netherlands). Ed joined Hay Group in the Netherlands in 2001, moved to Hay Group Indonesia in 2008 as Managing Consultant and MT member and moved back to the Netherlands into his current role in 2011. Roles:Ed acts in client relationship, project leadership, expertise- and facilitating roles. In these roles Ed identifies himself with the needs of an organization, develops a partnership and likes to co-create solutions without losing his independent advisory role.Areas of expertise:Ed translates the strategy of a client in clear organization solutions and helps to improve the performance orientation and effective behaviour of his client’s leaders, (leadership) teams and employees.
