I led the strategic vision and execution of Epic's social platform services, social web products, and social mobile, focusing on innovative product management and leadership in the social gaming domain, including first and third party games. This involved the implementation of cross-play features (PC, console, web, mobile), cross-platform integrations, and the crafting of a mobile product strategy for significantly increasing user engagement and platform growth aligned with Epic's metaverse goals. As a part of a newly established product group, I helped define and implement new product management practices for roadmap development, prioritization, product lifecycle management, and product strategy.

As the principal product leader for the Riot X Arcane web experience, I directed product development, platform integration, and key internal partnerships at a global scale, in support of Arcane's seminal launch on Netflix. This required cross-functional leadership and execution of a product strategy meant to both create deeply resonant experiences for players as well as bring them into the games. The web experience itself was an immersive WebGL-based 3D story game, involving narratives, missions, and champions from League of Legends, Wild Rift, VALORANT, TFT, and Legends of Runeterra, as well as a news feed and content relevant to the show itself. This resulted in a landmark web campaign, setting new records for web marketing engagement and retention in support of the overall Riot X Arcane mega-campaign.

Headed the product strategy and team in the Riot Data Products division with a focus on developing a scalable and value-driven data platform, and on delivering a portfolio of products to a wide-ranging customer base, from games to central functions to players. The products and capabilities delivered included data collection, aggregation, analytics, and player-facing data services. I drove a collaborative strategic product management process, created a customer-centric culture, and guided a team of Senior Technical Product Managers to drive innovation and efficiency across various game titles and key executive stakeholders.

Headed the enterprise data management group, establishing new functional pillars across the enterprise, including data governance, business intelligence, data warehousing, and enterprise integrations. Provided long-term strategy and guidance for enterprise systems and data, while maturing Riot's data management from initialized to optimized. Initiated and lead Riot’s GDPR enterprise program to ensure alignment with Riot's gold standard for compliance, data privacy and security.

I was the program lead for a growing portfolio of intricate enterprise programs, as a part of the Corporate Applications team. I led enterprise IT transformation across multiple central functions, including HR, IT, and process optimization. First, I defined the roadmap for Blizzard's portfolio of HR systems and integrations from an at-risk state to a portfolio execution state. Next, I successfully attained executive approval for significant projects, leading the modernization of the corporate intranet and fostering a culture of technological innovation at Blizzard. These include Blizzard's first enterprise-wide ITSM system, ServiceNow, and its first enterprise-wide search capability, Attivio. I also contributed to the maturation of program and product management practices of the Corporate Applications team.
