TECHNICAL: ●Involves in inspection criteria & cleaning process for multiple type of fiber connector. ●Experience in fiber inspection tools include configuration of pass/fail criteria. ● Working on fiber splicing process as well as in basic operation of stripper, cleaver, splicer, recoater & any other equipment use in splicing process. ●Main involvement in on various fiber optics connectors assembly process including outdoor connector(ODC). PROJECT MANAGEMENT: ●Undertake full responsibility and accountability on projects assigned. ●Manage project awarded to ensure every aspect of the project is covered and completed within customer’s requirements. ●Lead the execution and project management by assigning tasks, monitoring and progress update; Controlling project scope, timeline, and budget; Executing project plan according to delivery timeframe. ●Develop project details, resource requirements and effective communication on the project’s progress to management, inter departments, sub-contractors and customers. ●Perform job site visit and duties including, but not limited to progress monitoring, quality and specification inspection a project site. ●Manage project risks and issues - develop contingency plans when necessary. ●Monitor and report on project progress and activities to management and inter-department, providing relevant reports, information and support.

● Involved with multiple projects for Aviation Warning Light (AWL) products which includes but not limited to reverse-engineered boost module circuit design, load calculation for solar panel charging, LoRa-based controller for centralised monitoring system, Battery Management System (BMS) for solar-powered AWL and synchronised flashing via XBee module and GPS.● Good experience in PCBA fabrication process from design to ready product.● Good experience with procurement process involving Purchase Order, Bill of Material, Delivery Order, as well as acquisition lists.

Assist in development of controllers for Aviation Warning Light (AWL). Assist in circuit design, PCB drilling, solder and testing as well as product trouble-shooting. Good knowledge in Eagle Circuit and PCB design. Able to operate PCB milling machine for PCB prototyping and run the circuit analysis on faulty controllers. Documented Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for PCB Milling Machine and Power Supply machine. Designing boost module and IC Board prototype. Related projects include reverse-engineered boost module circuit design, GPS for synchronised blinking as well as Load Calculation for solar panel charging.
