Technical Engineer
CurrentTECHNICAL: ●Involves in inspection criteria & cleaning process for multiple type of fiber connector. ●Experience in fiber inspection tools include configuration of pass/fail criteria. ● Working on fiber splicing process as well as in basic operation of stripper, cleaver, splicer, recoater & any other equipment use in splicing process. ●Main involvement in on various fiber optics connectors assembly process including outdoor connector(ODC). PROJECT MANAGEMENT: ●Undertake full responsibility and accountability on projects assigned. ●Manage project awarded to ensure every aspect of the project is covered and completed within customer’s requirements. ●Lead the execution and project management by assigning tasks, monitoring and progress update; Controlling project scope, timeline, and budget; Executing project plan according to delivery timeframe. ●Develop project details, resource requirements and effective communication on the project’s progress to management, inter departments, sub-contractors and customers. ●Perform job site visit and duties including, but not limited to progress monitoring, quality and specification inspection a project site. ●Manage project risks and issues - develop contingency plans when necessary. ●Monitor and report on project progress and activities to management and inter-department, providing relevant reports, information and support.
