I am responsible for designing and creating the entire system: database, back end, and front end.CodeBlue360.com -- Working with our marketing team, I incorporated an updated, responsive redesign of the entire corporate website.Water Mitigation -- I am responsible for maintaining and adding features to the front end of this system which is used to track the process of drying out a structure after a water loss has occurred.Issue Tracker -- A complete rewrite of an existing system to integrate it into our Water Mitigation front end, which has made it faster and more accessible, as well as easier to use.Contents -- I built the front end of this claim tracking system which is used to evaluate the replacement costs of a structure's contents when a devastating loss occurs.

This started as a personal project, but the end product resulted in cutting call times in half for technical support.CNITeam.com -- A complete redesign/rewrite of the corporate website, including user administration tools, content management system, employee time tracking, and more.bright.net User Portal -- A customizable web portal that also gave users access to account maintenance tools.

Initially hired as a technical support representative, I was promoted to assistant supervisor, and then supervisor, all within my first year. My supervisory duties included training, scheduling, and evaluating employees, as well as assisting with calls and taking elevated calls as needed. I had as many as 30 technicians (20 per shift) in my charge.
