Responsible for the product strategy, lifecycle and P&L of LDN’s SVOD service Alpha (projectalpha.com). Led multiple initiatives to support the Alpha service and platform including content programming, Live and VOD production, customer support, subscription, video encoding, content management, graphic design, usability/beta testing, engineering and quality assurance. Aligned cross functional teams including marketing, programming, engineering/product development/user experience, legal, research and analytics.

Built and supervise a team comprised of product managers, designers, QA managers, and community managers responsible for scoping, defining, delivering, and managing web/mobile products to the gamer demo. Team responsibilities include full lifecycle (cradle to grave) product strategy, requirements definition, PRDs, use cases, planning targets, market position, development, vendor involvement, implementation, delivery, marketing and support.

Managed the ManiaTV business including process development and operational functions (e.g. software development, video quality control, content management, and video distribution). Supervised a team comprised of developers, designers, web content editors, and video editors responsible for developing, launching and updating content and advertising on maniatv.com and its distribution partners.

Managed cross functional teams comprised of business analysts, strategists, database and application designers in Los Angeles, London and Louisville building strategic consensus around direct marketing and CRM and aligning cross functional visions across Sony Music (US and Intl), Sony Pictures, and Sony Media Software. Collaborative team provided integrated branding and marketing, product development, analytics, data management and CRM support to internal Sony clients.

Responsibilities included all aspects of the SonyMusicStore.com B2C eCommerce initiatives including marketing, online sweepstakes, project management, budgeting and forecasting, reporting, partnerships and affiliates, web analytics, competitive analysis, lead generation and best practices.
