Dacxi Chain is a B2B technology company using blockchain and AI technology building a decentralised global network of equity crowdfunding platforms to empower innovative early stage companies to raise capital and investors to invest globally. I saw the potential of blockchain technology after chatting with Ethereum's founder Vitalik and attending the world's first Token Summit in NYC in May 2017. My first concept was a centralised network which we then evolved into the decentralised solution in 2022. Our local partners are the heroes who will, with our help, change the world by unleashing the potential of crowdfunding on a global scale. I was the CEO and now drive strategy and try to keep out of the way of our great team.

Wealth99 is the pioneer of Digital Assets Wealth platforms in Australia and the UK. Co-founded, ran and exited unique ambient media company, based on a fleet of advertising-wrapped Smart cars with a community of driver brand ambassadors. Exited for 300% ROI in 15 months.

Telecoms/Health products in Nordic/Italy. I led the rescue of Seven Nox AB which we transformed into Zinzino AB which is now a listed company with global growth.

Health/Beauty in Asia. I led the rescue of New Image after it had collapsed to US$1mil sales and near bankruptcy. We restructured to pioneer colostrum in Asia, pioneered the Alpha-lipid brand and delivered 700% growth in 3 years. Launched 'BioActive' wholesale division that won the NZTE Biotech Export Winner two years in a row (2003 / 2004). Currently over US$432mil annually [2022].

My father co-founded the Trust before he died in a car accident the night he got engaged to the other co-founder, Marcia. He lent his medical fame when people said that Phobias, OCD and Anxiety disorders 'were not serious'. Originally called the Ludbrook Trust, then Phobic Trust. Marcia did an amazing job and I was honoured to Chair the Trust for a bit. Everyone involved with this charity are superstars in my eyes.

Health products in Europe. We pioneered Algae and Colostrum based natural supplements. I was originally the trainer and advisor then became the Chairman to lead strategic expansion that included new markets, new products, a merger and UK public listing [OFEX]. The company was 2001 OFEX Company of the Year. I resigned as had moved to Asia.

We went from pioneer of voicemail education to world leader in unified messaging systems on mobile phone platforms. Became cornerstoned by $25bn world's leading mobile services company, Israel's largest company. In process of listing on Nasdaq for $1.7bn in 2001 then market collapsed. We lasted another two years. Ouch.

Created/Co-founded Telecom Plus PLC [now trading as Utilities Warehouse] to exploit the deregulation of telecoms and utilities in the UK. Created a unique 'customer-based' and affiliate customer acquisition business model. I led the UK public listing in 1997 on the new entrepreneurial stock exchange [OFEX] which was Europe's first public listing of an 'idea' on OFEX. The launch was explosive which caused capital issues so we introduced a new majority shareholder. Happy to see that the company still operates same business model. GBP800mn sales, GBP1.2bn market cap. 13th largest Direct Sales company in world.

Half-page column in the business section on new opportunities within emerging booming Direct Sales industry. Newspaper had one million daily readership.

Personal Development Business. Andrew Hughes-Hallett and I founded Robbins Research Europe to represent Tony Robbins in Europe as we were already in personal development products. I was the product specialist. I left the madness to focus on my own Network Marketing 'expert' career

Professional Training Business. MLM International was Europe's specialist training company for the Network Marketing industry. Books, audios, speakers. Catalyst became leading personal development training supplier in UK.

UK Trade Association representing Network Marketing companies as DSA hated MLM [this was the early days]. Main role was educating UK government [DTI] people on emerging industry and helping them implement 1993 Pyramid Sales Regs and closing down scams/ponzis/pyramids.

Pioneering emission reduction tech on engines. Two companies. Powerplus/Environtech. First was mainly Network Marketing. Set up global distribution network. Fleet sales. Launched my passion for environmental technology.
