The library is open to the public and has lots of engineering, construction and surveying customers from the public and private sector of the economy who work on developments and the 2180 miles of bayous, channels, and waterways in Houston and Harris County Texas. We own all of the copyright on all the information in our library because most of it was compiled by contractors who have worked in for the county and signed over thier rights.
