I want to thank you for looking into my experience. I'm certainly not new to Real Estate with over 40 years of hands on experience. I was born in Danbury Connecticut and lived my entire life in the Greater Danbury area until moving to Narragansett Rhode Island for 6 years. In October of 2020 I returned full time to my hometown of Danbury. It's great being home again and seeing my friends and clients.I graduated from Danbury schools and then spent 3 years in the U.S. Army with a tour in Viet Nam 69/70. I currently hold a Real Estate Broker’s License in the states of Connecticut, Rhode Island & Massachusetts.Some of my professional experience and leadership positions over the past 40 years are as follows. Served as Vice President and later President (2010) of the Northern Fairfield County Association of REALTOR’S (NFCAR). Served multiple terms as a State Director for the Connecticut Association of REALTOR’S. Served multiple terms as a Local Director for the Northern Fairfield County Association of REALTOR’S (NFCAR). Served as the President of the Connecticut Commercial Brokers Alliance (CBA) in 2011. I served two terms as the President of the former Commercial Investment Division (CID) of the Connecticut Association of REALTOR’S and served as a CID State Director and Regional V P. of the Connecticut Association of REALTOR’S.I currently hold a Professional Standards Certified Specialist (PSCS) designation for REALTOR ethics and arbitration, the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), the Certified Distressed Property Agent Specialist (CDPE), and the Certified Investor Agent Specialist (CIAS) designations.
