I joined TRC in 2001 to manage a large insured remediation contract in New York City. In consecutive roles, I negotiated and finalized master service contracts and project agreements with investor owned utilities, independent power producers and municipal power companies. I also developed, revised, and offered attractive proposals to secure high profile clients, including AEP, Austin Energy, Calpine, Competitive Power Ventures, Con Edison, Detroit Edison, Exelon, National Grid, New York Power Authority, NRG, Suez, Vistra, and others. Furthermore, I provided leadership, guidance, and oversight to staff on various topics, such as safety, environment, cost, schedule, and quality assurance. Additionally, I created and maintained national network of trusted subcontractors through extensive research and analysis. Lastly, I trained and coached employees to enhance knowledge and skill set. Established, implemented, and managed TRC’s RE POWER™ Program, focused on transforming aging power plants through retirement or redevelopment for clean generation, energy storage or development.  Oversaw and coordinated operations at more than 40 sites while generating a revenue of $250M. Administered TRC’s Exit Strategy™ Program for insured remediation contracts in the greater NYC area, transforming aging power and industrial properties into 4.4K apartments and 10+ acres of waterfront parks.  Facilitated the completion of major projects, such as Con Edison’s Waterside properties on First Avenue in Manhattan with 1,200 residential apartments and Rockrose and TF Cornerstone Queens West Stage 2 (the Pepsi Site) with 10 acres of parks and 3,200 apartments.

Exit Strategy Program Manager in greater NYC arrea. Completed decommissioning, demolition and remediation of Con Edison First Avenue Properties and Queens West Stage 2and achieved Certificates of Completion under the New York State Brownfield Cleanup Program. Facilitated redevelopment of these sites into two NYC public schools, 3,200 apartments and ten acres of parks.

I restructured global operations for this oil and chemical company, consolidating sixty manufacturing sites to thirty modern facilities in Asia, Europe and North America. I managed the capital investment program, which ranged from $30M to $100M annually. I was Director of Engineering, Energy, Environmental and Procurement services. From 1983 - 1993, I managed large environmental remediation projects and provided litigation support services for recovery of over $100M of remediation costs under legacy insurance policies. I managed real estate assets and their disposition.
