Assigned to Vehicle Engineer Center at Warren, Michigan as Single Focal Point for Mexico Team for Fascias Grilles, Chrome Parts and Wheel Liners for Chevrolet Cruze, this was a global program that Mexico Team was taking over, chair a cross – functional Product Development Team meetings, (suppliers, engineers, manufacturing, supplier quality) to coordinate the development and integration of the product into the vehicle between Mexico, USA, Brazil, Germany, Australia & Russia as design reviews, performance and regulation requirements, attachment strategies, cost reviews, interfaces with others SMTs like lighting and closures, development of typical & design sections.Reviews with studio team to verify that surface meet our global and local requirements, make proposals to improve vehicle performance, validation plan development, DFMA, DRBFM, material definition, GD&Ts reviews, Timing reviews, perform DCS, DDRs, eSORs, conduct peer reviews, perform EWOs, update to program team components status.
