Me aproximei da agricultura à época estudando os setores mais pujantes e promissores para o Brasil do futuro, e hoje vejo que esta pesquisa estava correta, pois o futuro chegou muito rápido.Minha carreira foi muito rica de oportunidades e desafios profissionais e pessoais e, ao longo de todo este tempo, a agricultura me proporcionou aprender e crescer num ambiente fascinante pelo dinamismo, empreendedorismo e principalmente pela paixão pelo nobre propósito de produzir alimentos, energia e fibras. Minha experiencia em diversos segmentos da industria (sementes e agroquímicos), diferentes funções (Vendas, Marketing, Six Sigma, Produção, Supply, Barter, Desenvolvimento), Regiões e Cultivos (Soja, Milho, Algodão, Cana-de-Açucar e Pecuária) me fez sentir muito orgulho do País fantástico e do enorme potencial e responsabilidade que temos para com as novas gerações.
