Project: SMART Communications / SUN CellularHandles the deliverables on existing regular adhoc reports.Provides timeline and gathers requirements for new reports that cannot be implemented on the new system.Directly interface with clients through phone and email to provide status and updates on regular and new reports.

Streamline and analyze Peoplesoft Queries of the whole HR System of Macquarie. The goal is to merge and minimize redundant queries as well as fix problematic queries to save time and effort on maintenance and monitoring.Provides a detailed list of queries directly to managers/SME's that can be merged and removed.Project is divided into different phase to ensure that there will be no downtime on the reports that is being provided to the clients.Ensures that all documents are complete based on the changes that was made.Also worked partly on delivering Peoplesoft reports and Peoplesoft transactions requested by Macquarie stakeholders.
