As a former engineer and engineering manager, my product thinking is rooted in technical practicalities as well as a deep understanding of the domain and users. I partner well with engineering, business, user, and vendor stakeholders on all levels, and genuinely enjoy a high-energy, high-expectations, collaborative working environment.My background leading engineering and product in some of the world's premier financial organizations (Bridgewater and Bloomberg) raises the bar high in my expectations of myself and others as well as an intuitive sense for how to move fast but not break things that should not be broken. Most recently, my work at Better has given me the opportunity to shape the product, processes, and culture at at fast-growing and profitable consumer finance startup.I love diving deep into impactful and ambiguous problem spaces.
