My experience and successful career in supporting financial operations is due to building positive relationships with cross functional teams, vendors, co-workers and senior management. Prior to my employment at Credit Agricole, CBA and JP Morgan, I worked directly at Citi as a Vice President, where I served as one of the original members of the company’s new in-house production department. In this role I spearheaded the development and continual improvement of the department’s standard processes. Liaised effectively with internal groups such as Compliance and Fraud Management to ensure the seamless efficiency and productivity of marketing initiatives. While the success of my projects over the years can certainly be attributed to the use of carefully constructed strategies and in-depth analysis, none of it would have been possible without the relationships I have forged. The influence I cultivated during my time at CA-CIB, JP Morgan, Williams Lea and Citi enabled my success as a fair and innovative leader.
