One of the things I love about my work is that I get to help senior executive leaders dramatically reduce the risk that is part of every business-critical decision.Deciding to align organization design and structure with organization strategy is one thing—making it happen is another. We examine your structure to identify problems by separating people from the work they do, then work with you to define roles that align structure with strategy.
