Be it big ones, little ones, or something in between, I enjoy using the various techniques and tools acquired over the years to create and illustrate solutions. I've had the privilege to work with some of the best (and biggest) brands and the smartest people (many at the UX Guys), each helping to make me a better experience designer, and my work the best it can be.Since getting into the Web business in 2000, I've had to opportunity to lead teams of information architects, interaction designers, user researchers, content developers and copywriters. I've managed large teams at Neteller (now Optimal Payments) and award-winning agency Critical Mass. I'm also getting the opportunity to lead multi-disciplinary teams with some interesting projects and product development with the company I co-founded, the UX Guys.
