About Ed Milano

As Vice President, Marketing and Client Experience Officer of Sun Life U.S., I have the privilege of communicating and continuously improving how Sun Life makes care and benefits easier for our Clients. I am responsible for brand strategy, design, Client insights, public relations, social media, employee communications, philanthropy, sponsorships, and events.I serve on multiple cross-functional teams and special projects at Sun Life. I learn from and enjoy participating in our Inclusion Networks and I have the honor of being a sponsor and member of the Sun Life Pride Network.I also serve as a director of Agncy, www.agncy.org, a non-profit consulting firm that uses the power of design and innovation to address systemic inequities.Prior to joining Sun Life, I spent 17 years with Continuum, a global innovation and design consulting firm, most recently having served as Managing Vice President, Sales and Marketing. I have been a public speaker on innovation and design and had the opportunity to be Innovator in Residence at the Center for Creative Leadership. My career started in advertising at two NY-based agencies.
