IT Sourcing Contracts Manager is a member of the Global Operations Indirect Sourcing organization reporting directly to a Senior Sourcing Leader (with dotted line reporting to the IT Acquisition Contract Manager). Responsibilities include:• Drafting IT-related agreements from approved templates (including professional services agreements, software licensing/maintenance agreements, cloud-computing agreements, NDAs, Statements of Work).• Working closely with the sourcing team, attorneys, and internal clients to facilitate review of requested contract revisions and participate in negotiations with suppliers.Manage aspects of the software contract lifecycle (post-contract execution) including: • Understand terms and conditions of licensing, maintenance and professional services.• Manage entitlements and access to contract specific country/site enrollments, reseller channel enrollments and agreement governance.• Solicits, administers and tracks NDA’s, Site and License Transfer forms.• Creates and manages supplier and reseller spend data reports.• Helps garner relationships, provides training and support to cross functional teams such as IT Sourcing Leaders, IT Sourcing Council, Software Governance Leaders.• Synthesize complex or diverse information; Collects and researches data.
