All-around System AdministratorResponsible for Main office Infrastructures and some AWS tasks, over duties are: Servers, Routers, Switches, Firewalls, End Point, kvm, Doors access. I have been Managing the Office on my own for the last 2 years having a broad knowledge of IT skills with a good understanding of IT and systems • AWS basic Admin knowledge - IAM - S3 – Roles/Access permission, import/extract data- EC2 – Provisioning Instance and management • Basic Scripting – Bash/Python, to Automate day to day task and system deployment. • Internal End Users Support (Office and remote) - Add remove Users account (LDAP/Active Directory, Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Microsoft Office 360), management of user’s email accounts (Google Admin).- Troubleshooting end user’s OS/HW issue on laptops running different OS – Linux, Mac and Windows. • Mosyle MDM (Admin), DUO and Linux support.- Mac OS deployment Configuring, testing, maintaining, supporting Software and Install new/upgraded applications • Linux Servers – rack servers – KVM – Openstack - AWS - Installation and deployment of new servers with salt-stack and git version control system, servers backups, OS patching and System monitor • Office devices- Patching, maintenance and replacement of all Office devices. • Router/Switch and firewall (Fortigate) - Installation, configuration, and upgrade of network devices • User Support - Troubleshooting end user’s OS/HW issue on laptops running different OS – Linux, Mac and Windows, running database queries/scripts • Security EndPoint Administror/Fortgate and VPN- Monitor user’s laptops usage, file transfer, device restrictions access control – USB/external drive.- Network monitoring for malicious treats/activities- VPN access and restrict control – DUO Administration
