* Examine lists of defaulted accounts and determine how much is owed to the company• Pull customers’ information from database and devise best possible ways to contact them• Organize defaulters’ list according to severity of delinquency• Locate clients through background checks, credit bureau information and other publically available databases• Contact clients over the telephone and through emails and provide them with information on outstanding amounts• Carefully listen to and record information / excuses provided by clients about why they have fallen behind on their payments• Inform clients of overdue accounts and provide exact figures that need to be paid• Respond to queries regarding easy payment plans and provide them information according to what company policies declare• Provide clients with information on how to pay through installments• Take and record income and expenses information and devise repayment plans according to each client’s ability to pay back• Have clients sign new agreements to ensure that payback is handled in an error free and smooth manner• Contact clients to coordinate check pick-ups and / or online payments to delinquent accounts• Send receipts of payments to clients through mail or electronically• Ascertain that any client who has refused to pay outstanding bills is made part of the company blacklist and that appropriate legal measures are taken to handle the situation

• Ensures full awareness of all products provided and is constantly updated on all changes and amendments on product features, procedures and processes• Promotes products by providing consistent, accurate and transparent information to customers• Achieves sales targets assigned and contribute to the overall achievement of the team• Maximizes on cross selling growth of existing customer base and identify new potential selling opportunities• Does the follow-ups and close selling/cross selling lead referrals• Creates and maintains good relationship with clients• Looking for new sales opportunities• Planning and applying marketing strategies• Deals with enquiries of the clients• Does the cross-checking and verification of submitted documents of the clients

• Manages the rehabilitation of delinquent cardholders• Addresses concerns and complaints of cardholders through phone calls, emails and walk-ins• Negotiates with client for amicable settlement of their accounts• Monitors and tracks all approved agreement with the clients• Strictly monitors delinquent accounts and reversal of charges made by the agencies• Supervises and assists collection agencies with un-contactable cardholders• Analyzes the monthly performances of collection agencies for submission to the management• Addresses concerns and complaints of cardholders through phone calls, emails and walk-ins• Identifying and qualifying accounts for skip-tracing of litigation

• Prepares and executes sales plan that specifically caters to the need of the assigned territory and ensures that results are aligned with the management’s forecasted sales• Executes marketing plan which are geared towards the sales improvement of specific SKU'S or certain programs that provides mass support on the specific need/s of the client/s• Develops assigned area of responsibilities and open new prospective accounts• Establishes and maintains harmonious and equitable relationship with clients which serve as backbone for delivering excellent customer service• Does Accounts Receivable Management and attends to customer queries and complaints

• Responsible for maintaining and improving the day to day operations and transactions of wholesalers and retailers in Naga City• Booking of Purchase Orders, collecting Accounts Receivables and further building the business of San Miguel Brewery through negotiations and interactions with wholesalers and retailers such as Supermarkets, Convenience Stores, Hotels, Bars and Restaurants• Assists the National Management team in conceptualizing and developing new programs and procedures for a more efficient sales operation• Penetration of new and existing products and the management of inventory and accounts receivables of the different trade channels and the distributor

Extensive knowledge in field of finance, taxation and credit disbursement procedures with strong investigative skills• Performs financial analysis and judges the financial credibility of the applicant to repay debts regularly by collecting feedbacks from references and submit them to the management• Does collateral appraisal (ie. land/property, automotive, motorcycle, etc) and processes repossession of delinquent borrowers’ valued-items (Chattel mortgage)• Prepares collection letters for outstanding accounts and conducts regular follow-up payment • Prepares weekly and monthly collection status
