Champion Boxing Academy welcomes everyone who wants to either join the sport of boxing or to come out and get fit.We are starting our after school programs soon and will be announced.Our classes run Mon - Tues - Thurs for open boxing classes - 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm and Saturday 10 am - 12 pmWomans Boxercise with Lori and Amy with classes Mon and Thurs - 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm with Amy and Wed at 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm with Lori.Our after school programs will be starting with 7 - 8 - 9 year old and 10 - 11 - 12 year old, five days per week.The after school programs for our youth will offer a variety of learning experiences with an award ceremony every 3 months to be held in their honor of achieving and progressing to the next level.This is an excellent opportunity for our youth to be involved in a sport that teaches them Respect - Integrity - Discipline - Self Control - Self Defense.Our # 1 rule at Champion Boxing Academy that our coaches and trainers stand by is "NO BULLYING".With our qualified trainers Students will participate in activities that promote - Balance -Hand Eye Coordination - Speed - Power - Muscular and Cardio Endurance - Critical Thinking - Reaction Time as well as Leadership.Boxing Skill Development - Basic Foot Work - Basic Punch Type (s) Techniques - Basic Defense - Basic Ring Movement and Strategy - General Boxing Knowledge Bilingual Coaches, Trainers
