• Responsible for IT budget for IT infrastructure department - Reports to Directors on departmental finance status. Track, plan and approve on human resources, hardware, and software. Managed the month-end and year-end financial process.• Support the successful outcome of a multi-million, multi-year project, ensure necessary project measures are in place for project to be delivered on time, on budget and traceable.
