Chief Engineer during the Building and Commissioning Phase of the vessel, working along with the Project engineers, commissioning team and the shipyard in coordinating the daily inspections of the vessel crews in the daily commissioning activities of the ships equipment; machinery, piping, electrical and electronics in the shipyard. The commissioning events also included; Deck Cranes (Huisman Offshore Mast Cranes with Active Heave ControlsFAT factory acceptance testing, load testing,) mud pumps etc..• And also the Company Acceptance Testing of the marine equipment such as; testing and commission of the power plants, main engines, switchboard, I/O testing of pumps, computers, and all shipboard auxiliary equipment’s.
