Coordinated the maintenance, repair and testing of various submarine, Trident Missile, naval nuclear propulsion, and reactor plant systems through six refurbishment periods (REFIT). Responsible for the safety & security installed armament. --- Studied & proposed a new method of Sonar Analysis, later included in US Naval Warfare Publications. --- Supervised and coordinated the actions of ship's force, shore support and contractor personnel (Electric Boat) during the ship's sonar systems upgrade. System's Upgrade was completed three days ahead of schedule and within budget (approximate project cost: $750,000).
