ERP project is a global project with several integrated systems: financial (MS NAVision), CRM, HRMS, and Project Management System impacting over 48 offices worldwide. • Developed a standard global chart of accounts and cost centre structure. Challenge: buy-in from regional offices due to lack of standardization and strong independent regional leadership. • Developed finance reporting requirements document. Inventoried existing finance policies and procedures and identified gaps and new policies required for ERP go-live.• Lead the review of ERP functional requirements, work plan for data migration/cleansing, develop procedural framework to align policies and procedures to new ERP system, and coordination of test scripts and testing.

Insight Project is a global project consisting of 4 streams: 1) standardize payments, treasury and terminology; 2) implement accounting system at WWF International and 27 field offices; 3) standardize global accounting policies, chart of accounts, and management reporting in preparation of implementation of global data warehouse; and 4) implement conservation project management system. Total budget: >CHF10 million. • Responsible for deliverables of stream 2 and 3 which consisted of 7 teams with over 35 members from numerous countries. Main challenge was getting buy-in from diverse country offices with their own accounting issues and local requirements.• Stream 2 (ERP system) deliverable was simultaneous 8 month implementation of Oracle ERP system in 3 countries: Switzerland, Kenya, and China with a budget of >CHF2 million. Implementation was delivered on time and on budget with go-live date 1 June 2009.• Responsible for leading the re-engineering of business processes for International and its 27 Program Offices (6 months). Local requirements are unique and defining a standard process for all offices required input of all 27 offices to ensure standard processes satisfy all.• Stream 3 (account standardization) was completed in fall 2008 with expected roll out spring 2009 in preparation of financial year 2010 (budget CHF2.0 million) - roll out delayed due to budgetary constraints.• Liaised with teams of streams 1 and 4 to ensure consistency across projects and report on progress.
