• Overhauling of engine components at the workshop i.e. Hydro testing (pressure test) and assembling of cylinder heads. Grinding of valves and valve seats for cylinder heads. Overhauling of charge air coolers.
• Overhauling of fuel injection pumps and fuel injector valves.
• Minor preventive maintenance on the engines and auxiliary equipment.
• Overhauling of fuel and lube oil Alfa Laval separators and their auxiliary equipment.
• Routine inspection and maintenance of exhaust gas boilers, pumps.

• ROLES.
• Assist in the development, revision, and updating of related SOPs or job plans.
• Works with Maintenance Engineer and Maintenance Planner to establish, review, improve and execute plant maintenance system standards
• Conducts daily rounds as assigned, log equipment readings, makes indicated adjustments and/or creates work request for major repairs.
• Assessing the mechanical performance of plant and equipment.
• Working closely with outside contractors when necessary and provide them with all necessary support.
