ROLES.• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and repair as needed on the installed solar projects.• Perform detailed energy production modeling calculations, string sizing, PV array to inverter matching, voltage drop, as well as orientation and inter-row spacing analysis.• Oversee an abundance of project documentation, including submitting RFIs, MIRs, MRS, inspection requests, and implementing material takeoffs.2• Engage in Request for Proposal (RFP) review, technical writing, and response coordination• Collect and analyze project information to create status reports and recommend future actions• Play a key role as part of the site management team, collaborating with various groups

Overhauling of charge air coolers.• Overhauling of fuel injection pumps and fuel injector valves.• Minor preventive maintenance on the engines and auxiliary equipment.• Overhauling of fuel and lube oil Alfa Laval separators and their auxiliary equipment.• Routine inspection and maintenance of exhaust gas boilers, pumps.• Routine inspection and maintenance of starting and control air compressors.• Unplanned maintenance on Wartsila 18v46 engines.

ROLES.• Assist in the development, revision, and updating of related SOPs or job plans.• Works with Maintenance Engineer and Maintenance Planner to establish, review, improve and execute plant maintenance system standards• Conducts daily rounds as assigned, log equipment readings, makes indicated adjustments and/or creates work request for major repairs.• Assessing the mechanical performance of plant and equipment. • Working closely with outside contractors when necessary and provide them with all necessary support.• Participating in the implementation of approved maintenance procedures. • Developing, guiding and following-up the implementation of work safety procedures and practices within the plant.
