Eddie is a Financial Advisor and Financial Planning Specialist with the MacPhail Mathison Team at Morgan Stanley. Eddie prides himself on building deep relationships with the team’s clients to help understand their goals in life, as well as their unique circumstances. He leverages this information to help build out financial plans, and to design and implement customized investment strategies. He strives to provide an exceptional level of client service and is committed to helping manage portfolios on an ongoing basis. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Eddie spent eleven years overseeing the operations of a boutique municipal bond proprietary trading firm, where he was a Founding Member, Senior Vice President, and Municipal Bond Trader. He has a total of nineteen years of capital markets experience, with fourteen years in the fixed income markets, and five years with a commercial real estate capital advisory firm. Eddie has a B.A. in Economics with a concentration in Financial Markets from Colby College, and a master’s degree in Real Estate & Construction Management from the University of Denver. He also spent time studying abroad in Costa Rica, Mexico, and Spain.Eddie grew up in Fox Chapel where he attended Shady Side Academy. He currently resides in Aspinwall with his wife, three daughters, and their Labrador Retriever. He serves on The Board of Directors for The Neighborhood Academy.
