I oversee strategy at TEGNA. In that role, I am responsible for growth, transformation, and new innovation initiatives. I identify new businesses opportunities for TEGNA, lead business builds, and incubate those businesses. Over the course of my time at TEGNA, I oversaw several business launches including Premion, our $200M+ local OTT streaming sales arm. I have also led transformation efforts including managing the insourcing of our national salesforce rep firm. I also lead a broad set of programs to drive innovation throughout the business with a particular focus on the strategic use of data and artificial intelligence. I also led our cyber business readiness efforts.Prior to TEGNA, I worked in both traditional and next-generation mobile commerce and payments following a 12-year career in the Media Practice at The Boston Consulting Group.
