Training:-Deliver training programs to drivers for success on the roadQuality Control:-Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing products.-Identify and report any discrepancies or damaged items.-Ensure that products meet quality standards.-Check drivers and audit quality standards for driver vehicle safety and reliability.Health and Safety Compliance:-Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures.-Ensure the proper handling and storage of hazardous materials.-Report and address any safety concerns promptly.Communication:-Help to bridge communication between hub, vendors and drivers.Help Desk Support:-Act as a dedicated point of contact, addressing drivers issues for a positive experience.Problem Solving:-Help to address operational challenges to enhance vendors, drivers and customer experience.

-Inbound/Outbound processes.-Sales Order Fulfillment.-Inventory Management( Stock Verification).-Quality Check of shipments.-Operate equipment's to enhance process and workflow.-Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures.-Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.-Report and address any safety concerns promptly.-Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment (5s)-Dispose of packaging materials and keep work areas tidy.-Contribute to overall warehouse safety and cleanliness.
