Murphy is a proud Cum Laude graduate of the University of Memphis, where she obtained her Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Criminal Justice & Psychology. Subsequent to her undergraduate studies, Edmonique furthered her educational endeavors by pursuit and attainment of her Masters in Legal Studies from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. At an early age, Edmonique cultivated a passion for the intersection of the mental health forum, government politics, and social advocacy reform. Her passion for the underrepresented and disenfranchised led her to furthering her reach and devotion of advocating by way of service in both public and private sectors, most importantly, in the areas of mental health and public policy reform.Currently, Edmonique is a law student at the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. Following successful completion of her Juris Doctorate degree, Edmonique hopes to enact change in her community through local, state, and federal government initiatives, specifically involving the areas of Public Policy & Law Reform. Ultimately, she hopes to be well versed in all manners of Transactional Law.
