My teams operationally support the North America brand IAM solutions which include: * Successful migration from SailPoint IIQ to SailPoint IdentityNow for Identity Governance and Administration solution. Implemented Joiner/Mover/Leaver processing and access certification campaigns. Solution also is integrated with ServiceNow for the user interface.* Active Directory improvements to ensure that we have an immutable backup solution for active directory. Added new alerting, monitoring, dashboards, and other insights into existing domains/sub-domains. Hardened existing solution with the help of a great team and Microsoft to come in and help us review where we are and the path forward. Also, rolled out changes to conditional access and multi-factor authentication to strengthen our security posture.* Enhanced privileged access solution with CyberArk implementation.* Single Sign On changes that helps with other MFA requirements to improve the overall user experience and meet compliance standards/requirements.* Pushing automation agenda to stay ahead of the increasing demand on our team for doing more with less.* Certificate Management, Key Management, Secrets Management, Passwordless and other product implementations with End Point Privileged Manager.
