Responsible for developing new applications based on current needs, support of existing software delivery system Shopping, continuing support of Imaging Application SRS Plus.• Improved services by more than 500% by upgrading SRS PLUS a web application’s functionality of processing a request. Before to process over 800 jobs would take 20 – 30 minutes as it would process each one. Update took it down to just 5 – 10 seconds.• Supported / Maintained Software Download System, a 3rd party application called 1E Shopping. Developed services to monitor activity, saving over $10,000 in vendor customization costs and reducing downtime by 25%. • Created SCCM Client Fix application which allowed local helpdesks to resolve SCCM Client issues quickly, reducing the amount of time for resolution. In a 6 month span, client fix was used 1500 times, reducing the overall resolution time by 50%.

Website integrates with multiple systems (SCCM, 2 SQL databases, Cisco servers, and Active Directory). Responsible for all technical needs for all offices within Western Canada. Support, ordering new equipment, imaging, and setting up new offices as needed.• Developed a Line of Business Application (LOB) to allow technicians to complete a newly imaged device by installing a variety of software & configurations. If ran manually would take over 2 hours to complete, whereas the LOB tool the total process was completed in 45 minutes.• Directed a team to specialize on Lotus Notes problem tickets. From this my team were able to forecast common problems. Established new processes / documentation. This allowed us to resolve record breaking incident tickets. Myself resolved over 2,100 tickets in one-month due to the improved processes / documentation. • Engineered a windows application called WIGS (Workstation Information Gathering System) to be used by our helpdesk for gathering data about a client’s device as well as providing specific information depending on the type of issue.
