Ik begeleid personen en teams bij het inzicht krijgen in hun eigen drijfveren, krachten, kwaliteiten en valkuilen om vervolgens de stap naar persoonlijke of teamontwikkeling te maken.

Rotterdam

MAZE is een Vocal Group uit Rotterdam, bestaande uit twintig talentvolle zangers en zangeressen uit het hele land. Onder leiding van ‘Koordirigent van het jaar 2018’ Merel Martens zingen zij sinds september 2016 eigen repertoire en bijzondere covers. Er is binnen de groep veel ruimte voor improvisatie en inbreng vanuit de leden. MAZE werkt volgens het principe van Vocal Leadership. Mede door deze unieke wijze van zingen won MAZE in november 2017 het BALK TOPfestival, het belangrijkste a capella festival in Nederland. Daarnaast pakte MAZE in februari 2018 de eerste prijs bij de ACA Idol competitie op het SingStrong Festival in New York en werd MAZE uitgeroepen tot ‘Koor van het Jaar’ tijdens het Nederlands Koorfestival in juni 2018. Laat je a-MAZE-en; verdwaald zijn was nog nooit zo heerlijk!

Zuidwest Nederland

Als Skill Coach begeleid ik collega's in de ontwikkeling van hun vakbekwaamheid en persoonlijke ontwikkeling, zodat zij in staat zijn de klant optimaal te bedienen én duurzaam inzetbaar zijn. Daarnaast ben ik actief als coach binnen het Coaches Netwerk van ABN AMRO.

Rotterdam

Managing a portfolio and giving integrated financial solutions for mass affluent and upper income expat clients. Responsible for new business in the Rotterdam Area. Educated and experienced in giving financial advice on, amongst others, investments, savings, mortgages. Setting up collective arrangements for employees of companies located in the Rotterdam area. Being the representative of ABN AMRO in the expat network of HR departments, relocation companies and others.

Schiphol-Amsterdam

Temporary assignment as coach for 3 teams, implementing Closed Loop Feedback, a way to improve the NPS (Net Promoter Score). In a wave of 7 weeks guided the teams and their managers through the ideology and the tools to enable them to use them independently.Giving presentations and training sessions for the teams.After that responsible for ensuring the way of working within the complete New Business unit of ABN AMRO (450 employees) by offering tailor made solutions, fitting specific issues on each individual department.

Rotterdam

Responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of the International Clients department in Rotterdam, including operations, lending, product sales, customer service, and security and safety in accordance with the Bank's objectives. Providing a superior level of customer relations and promotes the sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation; achieves individual and branch sales goals through new business sales, referrals and retention of account relationships. Provides leadership, training and supervision. Responsible for attaining established Bank and branch goals through active participation in sales management. Participating in community affairs to increase the Bank's visibility and to enhance new and existing business opportunities.

Rotterdam Area, Netherlands
