Ed is a Partner with Iuvo who joined the company in 2009. Ed works with project oriented businesses and specializes in ERP deployment and support for government contractors, non profits, and research & development organizations. Ed is very familiar with Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Although Ed has specific hands-on experience in project driven organizations such as Government contractors, Ed is well suited to formulate a proposal to address the important issues in any business. If given the opportunity to dialogue with upper management, understand and analyze the identified business process needs, he will present a solution that marshals significant resources and expertise that leads to a successful, on schedule and cost effective end result as defined by a client.

Ed was a Managing Director (shareholder since 2005) who oversaw, analyzed, reported on, and when necessary adjusted the client’s relationship with Deltek. As he harmonized the goals of senior management with those of midlevel users, he was well positioned to help the client experience more Deltek benefits, on the best schedule and in the most cost effective manner. Responsible for coordination within Deltek, he ensured that different high level Deltek professionals worked in harmony for the benefit of the client, minimizing the chance that a client's internal structure may result in a duplication of work on the Deltek side. The benefits from Ed’s involvement began at the sales presentation and product demonstration and continued as long as the client was a Deltek user.Empowered to coordinate and present a package of software and consulting to meet a client’s specific needs in the most cost effective manner, as a Deltek Managing Director, Ed was responsible for making a client’s implementation a successful experience. Specifically, he recommended that Deltek secure and be responsible for 3rd party consultants if necessary to meet your special needs. If requested, he looked closely at a client’s staff for existing expertise or reviewed the progress of a client’s own implementation strategies, and reported findings and recommendations to senior management. Of course, all with an eye toward completing the implementation on time, within budget, and meeting agreed upon expectations.As a consultant, he managed new implementations for all Enterprise Solutions, provided client consulting and software offerings to existing clients, and promoted consultant development within Deltek. As a Business Engineer, he has demonstrated Deltek products to new and existing clients. Another testament to his understanding of the Deltek line of products, he has acted both as a trainer to product users at the Deltek Training Center, and as an internal trainer for system consultants.

Ed led an implementation of a beta version of Deltek’s new Enterprise ERP solution - Costpoint. In 1996, Ed was named PSI's Employee of the Year.
