I have been in the health & wellness field for 8 years. Having a well diverse experience and knowledge in strength training, deep breathing, stretching, rehab and body conditioning. I have handled clients from a variety of issues from scoliosis, stroke, ADHD, tendinitis, hernia to muscle atrophy and neurological disorders. My experience as a NROC Olympic wrestling coach allowed me to gain knowledge and expertise from national courses to national competitions that has enhanced my skillsets in coaching for both kids & adults. I am well experienced in this field and have the passion to help people through their health and fitness journey. Apart from coaching, I also recommend nutritional plans and supplements for clients in need of it. Empowering my clients to make positive lifestyle change which will help them achieve their best life, that is the goal.
