As President of Meteor Wave, LLC, I oversee two distinct ventures: Fleming Tech Camps and Meetings and Adventures.Fleming Tech Camps:- Manage STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) summer camp programs in partnership with universities and private schools.- Develop and implement engaging, hands-on curricula that inspire and educate young learners.Meetings and Adventures:- Provide consulting services for event site selection, meeting planning, and on-site management for various events, including incentive events, executive business meetings, conferences, expos, and corporate events.- Clients include USA250, International Digital Media & Arts Association, Game Recruiter's Career Expo, Geek Fest, IO Leadership Summit, Too Many Games Expo, Interactive Age Strategic Summit, Rutgers University, Penn State University, The Tatnall School, Manor College, The Sidwell School, Main Campus Camps, and ESF Technology Camps.With a focus on innovation, quality, and practical outcomes, I ensure that both ventures deliver exceptional value and experiences to our clients and participants.

Island Officials is a development studio focused on producing games for Sony, Nintendo, Android, and iOS platforms. As VP of Business Development I managed relationships with publishers, web and app portals, network providers, and OEM manufactures. In addition I helped manage the overall day-to-day business operations of the organization and was an executive producer on the company's game and app products.

I started teaching university students in 1997 (at Penn State), and was an adjunct with St Joe's since 2000. At SJU I taught in the Haub School of Business and work with both undergraduate and graduate students. Most of the classes focused on managing the people, and systems, that run the mission critical tools that keep your organization running (i.e. business software with names such as SFA, CRM, date warehouses, SAP, SAS and so fourth). However, I also taught some pretty fun classes too, the most interesting courses are Internet Marketing, Emerging Technologies, The Business of Games, and Intro to Game Design.

I started consulting in the mid-1990's to provide technology services for organizations that were interested in converting their EDI, and Lotus Notes systems, into web-based applications. In 2005, I launched VGXPO, a consumer-focused gaming expo. Within three years the expo grew to 25,000 attendees. To expand VGXPO, I built and managed a multi-million dollar sales, marketing and production partnership with NBC Universal. While partnering with NBC, I also worked with them to develop concepts for video game related television programing, and developed business plans for a number of interactive entertainment based products and services. Through Lunar Tide, I also worked as a consultant with SAP America, Vanguard Group, CSC, the Department of Defense and Bentley Systems.
