I entered information on each mom into childtrax. I performed monthly fire drills for house, office, and daycare. I over saw all medicine coming in an out of the facility. Completed error forms and did write up for medical errors and did monthly med counts. . I trained youth care workers on medications. I did quarterly round table reports as well as disposal of medications no longer used. . I did monthly cultural diversity classes with residents. I attended weekly meeting on residents and held monthly Youth Care Worker meetings
