¥Attracting Clients to Watu Credit Limited Asset Finance products ¥Acting as the contact person at nominated sales point(s) for all incoming inquiries from potential and existing Clients in respect to Asset Finance products offered by the Company, and directing queries’ regarding the Company’s other products to head-office ¥Providing pro-active, accurate, detailed and comprehensive product presentation in respect of Client’s inquiry ¥Conducting pre-assessment of Client’s financial position and offering the best suitable product configuration ¥Collecting necessary documentation, including but not limited to ID, PIN, photo, asset details; checking for documents authenticity and ensuring scanning quality; submitting all relevant information to the back office for further checking and processing ¥Issuing appropriate Loan Agreement, ensuring data entry accuracy and correctness and making sure that all essential conditions of Loan Agreement

¥Evaluate credit worthiness by processing loan applications and documentation. ¥Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting loans. ¥Review and update credit and loan files ¥Make random visits to clients to monitor their business progress. ¥Ensure due amount is paid, and meet daily disbursement target. ¥Follow up on loans defaulted and make sure they are paid fully or partially

¥Marketing the log book product to potential clients.¥Obtaining of prospects and conversion of the same to leads and business,for the attainment of the set targets.¥Weekly activation with team members to attain sales targets and salesvolume for the company.¥Ensuring loans are paid on time since to fulfill customer satisfaction that willlead to customer retention.

¥Updating cash book and collections sheet to make sure they tally with the system. ¥Managing 24 groups per week and a portfolio of 600 clients. ¥Preparing the half –yearly fund plan in advance for disbursing loans to the clients and submit to Branch Manager. Disbursement of loans utmost 500,000kshs daily. ¥Maintaining savings and credit account -related forms and registers correctly on daily basis. Fill loan application forms, check and report daily realizable and realized cash as well as outstanding balances. ¥Giving necessary entries to AMMS on daily basis. ¥Filling defaulters with the CRB.
