Instrumental in transitioning the company's most successful start-up, ymarketing, from a one person DBA to a thriving 75 person full-service digital agency. ymarketing was named “Independent Agency of the Year” at the 2016 Bing Agency Awards and sold via a private acquisition in Q4-2017.

Spearheaded the development of a CSR program designed to create a rich corporate culture of engaged employees. Inspired, encouraged and empowered team members to serve the community together though company sponsored charity fundraisers; community service projects during work hours; nonprofit board trainings; scholarships for high school students in underserved areas. Worked hand in hand with Human Resources to strengthen their ability to attract and retain quality candidates. Collaborated with internal Marketing and Business Development to attract like-minded clients. Additional responsibilities: one on one meetings with every new team member during the on-boarding process; implementing employee wellness initiatives including a corporate gym membership stipend; planning and execution of annual company retreat, annual company picnic and company holiday party; team building events and outings; developing and maintaining more than 30 strategic partnerships with NPOs and local community partners; implementing more than 20 eco-initiatives; establishing and managing a donor-advised fund; budget management; collaborating to increase brand awareness.

Supported the growth of ymarketing from a small start-up to one of the fastest growing privately held companies recognized by Inc. Magazine and the Orange County Business Journal for 7 consecutive fiscal years. Early responsibilities and achievements include collaborating with Founder/CEO daily to assist with company advancement; establishing initial accounting system and processes; accounts receivable and accounts payable; acquiring a company healthcare plan (with dental and vision); working with vendors to establish corporate business accounts and lines of credit; developing a client gift giving program; locating and negotiating leases for satellite office spaces.

Spearheaded California State Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger’s initiative via a public-private partnership promoting health and wellness to all Californians. Responsibilities and achievements include collaborating directly with Governor Schwarzenegger and high profile Council Chairmans to achieve program goals; creating sustainable and replicable programming for K-12 youth; cultivating and maintaining relationships with Nonprofit Organizations, District Superintendents, Principals and Teachers across the state of California; meeting and managing sponsor expectations (CVS, 24 Hour Fitness, Anthem Blue Cross, etc); increasing Governor’s Challenge program participation from 10,000 to 1.3 million Californians; supervised the design and update of the organization's online infrastructure that was constantly changing and evolving; recruited and trained over 1,000 volunteer program coordinators at nearly 2,500 K-12 schools across the state; developed a functional fulfillment process by working with a logistics management company, vetted and awarded fitness centers to 25 schools and over $1 million in grants and prizes to hundreds of schools throughout California; instrumental in the end-to-end execution of more than 200 council events including press conferences, ribbon cutting ceremonies, launch events with the Council's Celebrity Athletes and annual Spotlight Awards Ceremony with Governor Schwarzenegger.

Worked in collaboration with the major gifts team to manage the public sector fundraising portfolio. Responsibilities and achievements included managing and retaining donations totaling $4 million a year; increasing total number of Leadership Donors ($1,000 and up), year over year; training campaign specialists (Loaned Executive Program); conducting and implementing large scale workplace campaigns and consolidated campaigns partnering with external organizations; interdepartmental collaborations; public speaking.
