Oversee/perform Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Asbestos Surveys, Lead Surveys, Mold and other Indoor Air Quality Assessments, as well as Environmental Compliance Assessments. Senior Project Manager and Group Leader, overseeing all aspects of Environmental Due Diligence, including Phase I ESAs, Phase II ESAs, and Regulatory Compliance Audits.
