• Daily support & process of all client requests, via email, phone, fax, mail• Process all new business, create templates, load, and skip.• Process all return mail, skip new addresses, and request new letters.• Process all letters, system-generated and manual requests, print/mail• Daily support for all employees/ plus IT support for MARS• Run monthly credit report files, and upload them to credit bureaus• Email clients for docs for proof of debt, mail/email to customers• Accounts Receivables/Payables, Invoices, Posting, Reports• Collections – Commercial and Residential
