Building relationships in other areas help me to become better at what I do and allows me to understand other areas of the business. I believe you never know enough and learning never stops. I enjoy researching and testing out new ideas and techniques as it keeps me busy, and I find it interesting. Training others has taught me to become detailed and concise with my work and the information I share. I have 10 plus years of customer service experience, which is probably why I am a people person. My family is everything and I value family time. Outdoor activities are a must and ministry play a big part of our lives. Although I have been in the Financial market industry, I have always been interested in the healthcare field as well. My MHA was a huge accomplishment in 2021 and I can't wait to use the education and experiences I have to explore new opportunities.
